TICTACTO'S COMMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONSI. LEGAL REASONING
I have full rights to cancel the commission for whatever reason I so choose. In the event that a commission cannot be completed, a refund will be issued (anywhere between 25-75% depending on commission progress). Any fees paid for international funding will be paid by the commissioned (tictacto).
Once you have received your complete commission a refund cannot be issued.II. DEVELOPMENT
I offer any commission exceeding $200 the option to pay half after the first demo and the other half after the final file is sent. please be aware that the time estimate I provide to you may be a shorter than the time it takes to complete the commission.If you would like an update on the progress of your commission, you can always DM me on Twitter (@tictactuh_) or email me. in the event of a lack of response for a prolonged period (barring emergencies) the commission will be canceled, and no refund will be given.iii. usage
all prices listed fall under sync licensing, meaning you're permitted to use the work as background music for streams, videos, etc.the following usage cases are prohibited:• uploading the finished work with the sole purpose of commercial monetization
• redistributing/reselling/sharing assets
• passing off my work as your ownconcerning original music, if you would like to distribute it with monetization, please reach out to me directly (a royalty split will be discussed).iv. PAYMENT
payments will be issued via paypal. If a false chargeback is filed, you will lose all rights to using the final product, and it may be retooled either as a personal project or otherwise. you will also be blacklisted from future commissions.
